Pat: Hi. My name's Pat Leahy. I'm an attorney here in Washington state. I've been practicing for 38 years. I graduated from Gonzaga University School of Law, 1979, and started my own practice in 1980. The core values of our firm are to help the little person who's at a disadvantage with the big insurance companies. And so what we do is we take the worry off of the clients, let it go on our shoulders, you just go on with your everyday life, and we'll handle everything associated with your claim. I think what makes us special is we give the individual care to clients, we'll go to their home to meet them, we'll meet them at their work place, we'll work on Saturdays, we'll go out of our way for the clients, and still after 38 years, I get up every morning, I'm ready to go to work. Brice: My name is Brice Leahy. I'm an attorney here at Leahy Law. We do plaintiffs personal injury. Some of our cases that we handle are car crashes, wrongful death, medical malpractice, dog bites, and cases where a person or an entity hurts someone else. I want the clients to feel comfortable. I want them to feel like they're cared for. I want them to feel like they can talk to us, not having to worry about the legal part of it because they know that we're doing a good job for them. A lot of times, our client doesn't have anyone else in their corner. That's why they come to us, because everyone's against them, and we can be the person in their corner that changes everything around. Do you trust this person? Because as lawyers, our job is magnified by consequences, and we need to have trust from our clients, and I only get that trust by earning it. And so to get a client to trust me with this serious matter that they have, is I have to have great service, I have to show that I'm willing to work hard, and I have to connect with them. I have to show them that I care, because I do care. It's not something you can fake.
