Do you trust this person? Because as lawyers, our job is magnified by consequences. My name is Brice Leahy. I'm an attorney here at Leahy Law. I didn't always want to be a lawyer. From when I was young, my whole goal was to go to the NFL. I was in a really bad motorcycle wreck and ended up getting eight screws and a plate put in my leg, and that was kind of the end of it. I've had multiple surgeries. I've been laying on that cold operating table with the doctors looking at you, and signing a piece of paper saying you may not wake up. I've felt that. I know how traumatic it is. Unless someone gone through it, it's kind of hard to understand. And so when I have clients in here and they've gone through traumatic injuries and had surgery, and broken bones, and they tell me what they've gone through, I feel like I'm kind of there with them. And so it makes me want to fight because it's such a subjective thing when you're going through that, and how you feel, and like the mental aspect that you're not who you were, and you're trying to figure out where you're going to go from here. I like, and probably the most rewarding part that keeps me engaged, is the people you help, the people whose life was disrupted and you get to come in and help them as much as you can through the legal process for them to put it back together. The hard effort that I put in, I can see it, you know, the results in someone else's life, and that's very rewarding, and that's what keeps, you know, me wanting to do this every day, and has kept this firm going for so many decades, and how far it will continue to grow.
